Cal's lightsaber is a weapon in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Summary[]
This lightsaber was used by Cal Kestis. It was given to Kestis by Jaro Tapal, his master. Before Order 66 happened, Jaro Tapal's lightsaber was a two bladed lightsaber. When Order 66 started, Jaro Tapal and Cal Kestis were trying to get to an escape pod. Unfortunately, right before Cal Kestis unlocked the escape pod, a group of clone troopers came in through another opening. Jaro Tapal told Cal Kestis to open the pod quickly while he was trying to destroy the clones. Right when Cal Kestis got the escape pod open, one of the clone troopers unfortunately shot Jaro Tapal's lightsaber near the bottom blade. Jaro Tapal then got shot and didn't make it. He gave his lightsaber to Cal Kestis before he, sadly, died. That is why, in the game, the lightsaber appears to be broken on the bottom, Cal eventually fixes it but during a vision of fighting his Master his lightsaber and crystal becomes broken. Cal travels to Illum to find a new crystal, but that one breaks into two pieces. Cal used half of Jaro's lightsaber and Cere Junda's lightsaber to construct a Split Saber.
The lightsaber is powered by a blue Kyber crystal, though the colour can be changed.
Customization[]
Cal's lightsaber may be customized at a workbench--such as the one found at the rear of the Stinger Mantis- with parts found throughout the game.

Note: Purple wasn't shown as a crystal, but it is an available option to choose from.
