The KX-Series Security Droid is a droid in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Fallen Order[]
Imperial Security Droids, also known as KX-series Security Droids, are commonly used in service to the Galactic Empire. Formidable and specialized in close combat, these droids employ a combination of brute strength and rugged durability to capture and incapacitate enemies. They are equipped with a full comm relay, scramblers, and tactical programming.
Survivor[]
The KX-series Imperial security droid is a fixture of garrisons across the Empire. Deliberate and powerful, they are deadly in close combat, programmed to incapacitate their opponents with insistent brute force. Fully equipped with comm relays and a suite of tactical programming, they can operate autonomously or as support for lager troop formations.
Appearance[]
Large, Black Droids that tower over Stormtroopers, they have bright white eyes which glow blue when hacked.
Summary[]
The first encountered Security Droid appears on Kashyyyk and is fought as a boss when Cal tries to free the Wookies, two more are fought as the player helps the Partisans. after this mission Security Droids begin appearing on Imperial controlled planets such as Zeffo and Ilum. Security Droids are often fought in pairs or by themselves, a large group of Security Droid appear in a Storage room on Ilum after Cal unlocks the Split Saber attack.
Security Droids attack with powerful punches and quick charging attacks, if the player is grabbed by an unblockable attack they will either chokeslam Cal into the ground or grab him and punch him in the face. In Survivor, Security Droids are armed with DC-17 Blaster Pistols and will shoot the player when out of range or while closing the distance, like most blaster attacks they can be deflected back at the Droid.
The ability Slice: Security Droid allows BD-1 to hack a Security Droid, once its health has been significantly reduced the Droid will be stunned, if the player does not press the button in time the Droid will begin attacking again. Upon completion of the hack, the droid gains a small portion of health and will engage any hostiles nearby.
In Survivor an new variant of the Security Droid called the Security Droid Enforcer was added, they are equipped with Electrobaton and can deflect and parry certain attacks.
Combat[]
KX-Series Security Droids are used by the Empire. They always try to grab you, keep on the lookout because most of the combos and abilities it uses are unblockable. If handling the double-bladed lightsaber, using a split saber attack will deal high and deadly amounts of damage. Use whenever possible but with caution, it may leave you open for attack.
Finishing Moves[]
- Cal cuts of the droids leg and then cuts the droid in half
- Cal can cut the droid in half vertically with the overhead slash or dual saber slash
- Cal can crush the droid with the dark side (Survivor)
