Purge Troopers (Electrobaton) is an enemy in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

Armed with Electrobatons, they may attack in flurries of quick strikes, but vulnerable after finishing the initial attack.

An agile and shifty counter-attacker able to dodge and parry incoming strikes.


The menacing Purge Trooper serves the Galactic Empire's Inquisitorius Program to hunt down survivors of the treasonous Jedi Order. A specialized class of Imperial soldier trained and equipped with a variety of weapons and tactics, this elite ground is few in number and keeps out of the public eye. Most citizens of the Empire are unaware they even exist. Of the Purge Trooper ranks, many are trained in melee combat using an Electrobaton, proving an agile and deadly nemesis.

Appearance[]

Purge Troopers wear black Clone Paratrooper armor and a helmet with white stripes on their legs and arms and the white Imperial crest on their shoulders, unlike other Purge Troopers they don't wear kamas or pauldrons to give them more freedom of movement.

Summary[]

Purge Troopers equipped with dual Electrobatons are capable of very fast attacks, they can deliver quick swipes and are very agile in combat, they often jump to the players side to attack the gaps in their defense, they can quickly follow up from attacks when parried. They often attack with a long combo of quick swipes, sometimes followed up with an unblockable attack.

These Purge Troopers are often encountered by themselves, and are rarely seen with other units. In Jedi: Survivor they an only be confused when the player has the highest level of confuse. Purge Troopers can be spawned in the Battle grid for 20 points.

  • Unlike the other Purge Troopers they only have one stripe on their legs and arms, possibly implying they are of lower rank.
